1. Return Eligibility

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Items without original tags or packaging.

Products purchased during clearance sales, special discounts, or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective).

Innerwear or accessories (if applicable).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

After we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after successful inspection of the returned item.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size or design issues, subject to product availability.

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear images or an unboxing video for faster resolution.

We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
